Who we are
Pristine Coach is a brand operated by Growth Management LLC, a US-registered company. When these terms say "we," "us," or "the Program," they mean Growth Management LLC operating the Pristine Coach service. Growth Management LLC and Next Funded LLC operate under common corporate ownership.
What we are NOT
Pristine Coach is an educational program, not a financial service. We are not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, and not a registered prop firm. We do not provide investment advice, do not guarantee income, and do not promise placement at any funded-trader firm. Trading involves risk of loss.
Eligibility
You must be a legal adult (18 years or older) and a resident of an eligible Caribbean territory to enroll. You must complete identity verification (KYC) and pass OFAC sanctions screening before any prize award. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we cannot verify.
Tuition
Enrollment requires a one-time activation fee plus a monthly tuition payment, or a discounted prepay option. Tuition is paid in USD or the local equivalent at our published rate. Prices, payment methods, and accepted currencies are listed on the enrollment page and may be updated with notice.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our published Refund Policy. In short: a limited window applies to fresh enrollments, and skill-contest entries are non-refundable once graded. Read the full policy for the exact rules and timelines.
Skill contest
Advancement and prize eligibility are determined by a deterministic skill-based rubric — not by chance, not by random draw. The same trade always produces the same score. The full rubric is published at /rubric for review before you enroll.
Convention
Top-graded students are invited to the annual Convention, where prize redemption follows a published 3-path structure with a 24-month redemption window. Full details, paths, and timing are at /convention. Convention attendance and prize redemption require a passing score and KYC clearance.
Advancement
Students must achieve a rubric score of 90 or higher to qualify for advancement, prize awards, or any external referral. Scores below 90 are encouraged to keep training; we do not gate access to learning content based on rubric score.
Pay-it-forward
Graduates may voluntarily contribute to scholarship slots for new Caribbean students. Contributions are entirely optional, are not required for graduation or prize redemption, and are recognized publicly only with the contributor's consent. There is no financial obligation tied to graduation.
Multi-firm scaling
Graduates at the Pro tier may be referred to multiple external funded-trader firms to scale their own accounts. These are independent third-party firms with their own terms. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details on referral relationships.
Verification + fraud penalty
We screen every account for identity, sanctions, and unusual activity. Cheating, identity fraud, multiple-account abuse, or score manipulation results in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any pending prize, and a permanent ban from the Program. Verified fraud may be reported to law enforcement.
Risk disclosure
Trading futures, equities, options, or any leveraged instrument carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance — yours or anyone else's — does not guarantee future results. Pristine Coach is an educational simulator; the skills you build here do not guarantee profitability in live markets.
Privacy
How we collect, store, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell personal information. KYC documents are encrypted at rest and shared only with the prize-awarding firm at the time of payout.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from your use of the Program will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized US arbitration provider, in English. You and we both waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. This clause survives termination of your account.
Modifications
We may update these terms as the Program evolves. Material changes — anything affecting fees, refunds, eligibility, or prize structure — will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
