Plain-language rules for when refunds apply, when they don't, and how we process them — no fine print, no runaround.
If you change your mind within 14 days of payment, we issue a full refund — no questions asked, as long as you have not yet placed your first practice trade in the simulator. That covers both the $20 application fee and your first month of subscription. Email us and we process the reversal the same business day.
If your simulator account and cohort placement are not provisioned within 7 calendar days of your payment clearing, you are automatically refunded in full. You do not need to file a support ticket or chase us. The system flags any delivery breach and our finance team initiates the reversal without asking.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until that date. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months — once a billing period starts, that month is yours to use.
Refunds are denied in cases of fraud, payment-method abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or requests made after the 14-day window once trading has begun. We also do not honor refund requests where a chargeback was attempted before contacting us — please email us first so we can resolve it directly.
USDT payments are returned to the original sending wallet within 24 hours of approval. Stripe and card payments are reversed to the original card, which typically settles in 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
