Miami, USA

Visa support letter from Growth Management LLC. Round-trip economy flight, hotel for convention nights, meals during convention, ground transport airport ↔ venue. US visa approval is determined by US consular authorities.

Caribbean Regional

Annual regional event — Dominican Republic, Jamaica, or Bahamas (announced annually based on visa accessibility for our students). Same coverage as Miami. No US visa required for most Caribbean passports.

Virtual + 1-on-1 with Coach Annex

Full virtual access plus a dedicated 60-minute video call with Coach Annex. For winners who cannot or prefer not to travel. Same prestige, different format.

WHAT IT IS

A weekend of work, networking, and ceremony.

Three days of education, prop firm partner exhibits, alumni roundtables, and a prize ceremony for top behavior-score performers. Sponsors include Apex Trader Funding, Topstep, Take Profit Trader, MyFundedFutures, NinjaTrader, TradingView. Lineup varies year to year.

Top behavior-score performers across the calendar year earn an invitation. Every cohort score counts toward your annual ranking. The published rubric is the only thing that matters — discipline, not P&L.

Common questions.

Do I have to pay to attend?
No. The prize covers your flight, hotel, meals, and ground transport. You pay nothing.
What if my passport doesn't allow US entry?
Your prize doesn't expire. Choose Path 2 (Caribbean regional) or Path 3 (Virtual + 1-on-1).
Can I bring family?
The prize covers your travel only. Family is welcome at their own expense; we can help with reduced hotel rates.
What if I qualify but can't take the time off?
The convention runs Friday through Sunday. If you genuinely can't attend, your prize rolls forward up to 24 months.
How are visa support letters provided?
Once your prize is confirmed, Growth Management LLC issues a formal visa support letter on letterhead with all required details. We do not represent you to consular authorities — we provide documentation.
